I have been working in the field of education for over 20 years. I used to serve as the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering (formerly known as Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education) (HCMUTE) for ten years (2015-2025). Before holding this position, I undertook various roles at SEAMEO RETRAC, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Petroleum University, Ton Duc Thang University, and private education corporations.

In addition to my administrative role, I have extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have supervised research projects and taught at numerous institutions, including Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Western Sydney University, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-HCM), Thu Dau Mot University, Van Lang University, Tra Vinh University, University of Foreign Languages - Hue University, and several other institutions.

I have been actively involved in numerous teacher training and professional development programs across Vietnam. My expertise covers a wide range of topics, including the application of information technology in teaching, active teaching methodologies, fostering learner autonomy, research skills development, assessment and evaluation, curriculum design, and strategic learning development.
